Customer Service Coordinator (f/m/d) Sales Area Denmark, 37 hours/week
Tasks:
- Order processing in SAP/S4
- Monitoring and controlling current customer orders, for instance, B2B orders
- Sales-oriented customer support on the phone
- Servicing Key Account Customers
- Administrative tasks
- Preparing reports and sales documents
- Close collaboration with the sales area managers and all internal departments in Denmark and its HQ in Switzerland.
Scott Sports DK expects:
- Professional commercial education
- Practical experience in ERP systems; SAP/S4 experience is advantageous
- Very good computing knowledge: MS Office (Excel)
- Very good language skills: Danish, English; German language skills are advantageous
- Ability to work independently, a team player, and excellent communication skills
- Work experience in a distribution-oriented company
